Mascarpone Mist Coffee Mousse
Ingredients
- Ice cubes
- 30 ml espresso
- 20 g brown sugar
- 60 g mascarpone
- 100 ml milk
Method
Fill a glass with ice cubes. Combine the espresso, brown sugar and mascarpone in a shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Pour the chilled coffee mixture over the ice in the glass. Top with milk and serve immediately.
Iced Thunderstorm Tiramisu Latte
Ingredients
- 30 ml espresso
- Ice cubes
- 100 ml milk
- 20 ml tiramisu syrup
- 20 g sweetened condensed milk
- Chocolate powder to garnish
Method
Add the espresso to a glass followed by a layer of ice cubes. Slowly pour the milk into the glass to create a distinct layer. Combine the condensed milk and tiramisu syrup in a French press. Pump vigorously to create a cold froth. Gently pour the frothed milk over the milk layer in the glass. Garnish with a dusting of chocolate powder.
Hazelnut Downpour Coffee Frappe
Ingredients
- 100 g vanilla ice cream
- 100 ml cold milk
- 30 g hazelnut spread
- 30 ml espresso
- Ice cubes
- Chopped almonds
Method
Blend together the vanilla ice cream, cold milk, hazelnut spread, espresso, and ice cubes until you have a smooth and creamy frappe. Pour the frappe into a glass. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped almonds.
