1. Make A Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 2 ripe kiwi fruits, peeled and diced
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 orange, peeled and segmented
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
How To Make
- In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruits.
- Gently toss the fruits together until well-mixed.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your refreshing kiwi fruit salad!
2. Make A Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 ripe kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup almond milk or any preferred liquid
How To Make
- Place all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy your nutritious Kiwi smoothie!
3. Make A Kiwi Dessert
Ingredients
- 4 ripe kiwi fruits, peeled and diced
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
How To Make
- In serving glasses, layer diced kiwi at the bottom.
- Add a layer of whipped cream on top of the kiwi.
- Sprinkle a layer of crushed graham crackers.
- Repeat the layers until the glass is filled.
- Drizzle honey on the top layer and garnish with mint leaves.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
