6 cups chopped fresh broccoli

¾ cup dried cranberries

½ cup pumpkin seeds

¼ cup chopped red onion

2 tablespoons flax seeds

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar

2 tablespoons white sugar

½ cup chopped pecans

Directions

Toss broccoli, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, red onion, and flax seeds together in a large bowl.

Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar in a small bowl. Pour over salad and toss until ingredients are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Sprinkle pecans over salad before serving.
