1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon baking powder

1 ½ cups white sugar

½ cup butter, softened

½ cup vegetable oil

2 large eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 cups grated zucchini

1 cup chocolate chips

Directions

Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking dish.
