Roasted Balsamic Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

½ teaspoon salt

3 cloves garlic, chopped

1 head cauliflower, chopped into bite-sized pieces

Directions

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Stir together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and garlic in a bowl. Add cauliflower and toss to coat. Spread mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven until tender, stirring occasionally, about 20 minutes.
