1 cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
¾ cup chopped walnuts
1 ½ teaspoons ground ginger
1 cup packed light brown sugar, divided
½ cup salted butter, melted
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
2 ½ pounds fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
vanilla ice cream, for serving
Directions
Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 11×7-inch baking dish.

Stir flour, oats, walnuts, ginger, and 3/4 cup brown sugar together in a bowl. Add butter; using your hands, stir mixture until moistened and coarse crumbs form.
