1 avocado – peeled, pitted, and mashed

½ (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 clove garlic, minced, or more to taste

⅓ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1 pinch sea salt to taste

Directions

Mix avocado, black beans, lime juice, and garlic together in a microwave-safe bowl. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.

Microwave dip on high until cheese is melted, about 1 minute. Season with sea salt if desired.
