These roasted cherry tomatoes are a super easy side dish to prepare. This is the basic recipe, but you can add slivered garlic to the roasting pan and chopped fresh basil and Parmesan cheese at the end. Very good with pasta!

Ingredients
¼ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 ½ teaspoons salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
3 pints cherry tomatoes
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined. Add cherry tomatoes; toss to coat. Spread in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven until tender and caramelized, about 30 to 35 minutes.
