Ingredients

¼ cup steel-cut oats

1 (8 ounce) container plain yogurt

2 ounces fresh blueberries

½ ounce stevia powder (such as Pure Via)

4 ½ ounces coconut milk

Directions

Place oats into the bottom of a 1-pint Mason jar. Stir in yogurt, blueberries, and stevia powder. Pour in coconut milk and stir to combine.

Cover the jar and refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight.

Recipe Tip

Five packets of stevia powder are equal to about 1/2 ounce.
