½ cup maple syrup
½ cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons brown mustard
1 teaspoon soy sauce (Optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 (8 ounce) container firm tofu, drained and cubed
1 teaspoon sesame seeds (Optional)
Directions
Whisk together maple syrup, pineapple juice, mustard, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir tofu in hot oil until evenly browned. Stir in maple syrup mixture and continue to cook until glaze is reduced. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
