2 Red Delicious apples, cored and diced

2 Granny Smith apples, cored and diced

4 stalks celery, diced

1 cup toasted walnuts

½ cup raisins

2 tablespoons walnut oil

1 tablespoon cider vinegar

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

Directions

Toss together apples, celery, walnuts, and raisins in a large bowl; set aside.

Whisk together walnut oil, cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Toss apples with dressing to serve.

Tips

To toast the nuts: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and spread the walnuts out on a baking sheet. Bake until fragrant, about 10 minutes.
