1/4 cup matchstick carrots, roughly chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped English cucumber
3 green onions, thinly sliced
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 -2 tablespoons Sriracha, plus more to taste
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Directions
Combine drained tuna, carrots, cucumber, green onions, jalapenos, and cilantro in a bowl. Add lime juice, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Sriracha, and soy sauce; stir gently until well incorporated. Adjust seasoning as desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
