2 cups flour

¾ cup white sugar

1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

¾ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon baking soda

¼ cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces and softened

¾ cup orange juice

1 tablespoon grated orange zest

1 large egg, beaten

1 cup chopped cranberries

½ cup chopped walnuts (Optional)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 8×4-inch loaf pan.
