Ingredients
1 medium head green cabbage, chopped
1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into small pieces
4 green onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
⅓ cup white vinegar
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Combine cabbage, pineapple, green onions, and bell pepper in a large bowl.
Whisk vinegar, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and black pepper together in a separate bowl; toss with cabbage mixture to coat.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
