A coworker shared this Greek pulled pork recipe with me. It’s another one of my favorite slow cooker comfort foods. I don’t know how I survived without this recipe in my life. But I am glad I don’t have to, and neither do you! I like to serve this on a hoagie or roll with chips and dip. Cook on High for 4 hours or on Low for 8.

Greek Pulled Pork Recipe

Total Time:: 4 hrs 20 mins

Ingredients

1 (2 pound) pork tenderloin, fat trimmed

2 tablespoons Greek seasoning (such as Cavender's), or more to taste

1 (16 ounce) jar sliced pepperoncini peppers with juice (such as Mezzetta)

Directions

Place pork tenderloin in a slow cooker; season generously with Greek seasoning. Pour pepperoncini with juice over pork. Cover slow cooker. Cook on High 4 hours.

Shred pork using 2 forks. Cook 10 to 15 minutes more.
