Cranberry Oat Bread Recipe

Yield::1 1 1/2-pound loaf

Ingredients

1 cup water (70 degrees to 80 degrees)

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon butter, softened

2 ½ cups bread flour

⅓ cup rolled oats

¾ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 ¾ teaspoons active dry yeast

1 (6 ounce) package dried cranberries

Directions

Place water, honey, butter, flour, oats, salt, cinnamon, and yeast into a bread machine in the order listed, or follow the order recommended by the manufacturer if different. Run Basic Bread cycle. When the machine beeps indicating it's time to add remaining ingredients, add cranberries.

Remove loaf from the machine after the full cycle is done; total time should be about 2 hours 55 minutes.
