Ingredients

1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 ½ teaspoons ground cumin
1 ½ teaspoons onion powder
1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
1 ½ teaspoons ground black pepper
1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or more to taste
1 ½ pounds chicken wings and drummettes
2 teaspoons olive oil
Directions
Preheat an air fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) according to manufacturer's instructions.
Combine paprika, chili powder, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne in a small bowl.
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place into a large bowl, drizzle with oil, and toss to coat. Sprinkle spice mixture over chicken and toss until evenly covered. Arrange chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket so it's not touching.
Cook in the preheated air fryer until no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, about 12 minutes, turning halfway through. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). For crispier wings, increase the temperature to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more.
Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
