1 medium very ripe Avocado from Mexico
⅓ cup plain, fat-free Greek-style yogurt
1 tablespoon chopped basil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
