Baked Mini Pumpkins Recipe

Ingredients

1 small sugar pumpkin

1 teaspoon brown sugar

½ teaspoon butter

2 pinches ground cinnamon

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cut top off mini pumpkin and reserve; scrape out the seeds.

Place butter and brown sugar inside pumpkin and sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Place pumpkin lid back on and place pumpkin in a baking pan with a little water in the bottom.

Bake in the preheated oven until tender, about 30 minutes.

Cook’s Note

The prepared pumpkins can also be baked in the microwave on high until tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
