Ingredients
1 banana, sliced
½ avocado, peeled and sliced
½ cup fresh spinach
½ cup 1% milk
6 ice cubes
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Blend banana, avocado, spinach, milk, ice cubes, honey, and vanilla together in a blender until smooth.
Recipe Tip
You can use skim milk instead of 1% milk if desired. For a sweeter smoothie, just add more honey than what the original recipe suggests.
