3 cups heavy whipping cream
4 ½ tablespoons white sugar
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
Beat together cream, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl with an electric mixer until stiff. Place in the refrigerator until set, about 15 minutes.
Cook’s Note
You can substitute any extract for vanilla. I always use clear vanilla extract with this recipe to make it nice and white.
