Ingredients
14 ounces sour cream
8 ounces shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 (10-ounce)can diced tomatoes with green chilies (such as RO-TEL® Original),
1 package taco seasoning
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro, plus more for garnish
Directions
Mix sour cream, shredded cheese, Rotel, taco seasoning, and cilantro together in a large bowl until thoroughly combined. Transfer dip to a clean serving bowl and garnish with additional chopped cilantro.
Cook’s Note
Serve boat dip with chips and an assortment of vegetables such as carrots, celery, and snap peas.
