Ingredients
4 hoagie rolls
1 Romaine lettuce heart (about 2 cups chopped)
4 ounces thinly sliced Black Forest ham
2 ounces sliced Genoa salami
4 ounces sliced provolone cheese
1 large tomato, sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced (about 1/2 cup)
1/4 cup sliced jarred banana peppers
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Split each roll and scoop out inside, leaving a 1/2-inch shell.
