1 cup milk

½ chopped frozen banana, or more to taste

2 tablespoons peanut butter

2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon honey

Directions

Blend together milk, frozen banana, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and honey in a blender until smooth.

Recipe Tip

You can substitute unsweetened almond milk for regular milk, replace the banana with 1/2 of an avocado, or add a pinch of cayenne pepper or cinnamon to make the cocoa powder "pop."
