1 (10.5 ounce) can reduced-fat, reduced-sodium cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup 2% milk

1/2 cup light sour cream

2 tablespoons butter

1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
