1 (18 ounce) package prepared polenta, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

1 cup chicken broth

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 pinch paprika

Directions

Combine polenta and chicken broth in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring continuously, until polenta has broken down completely in broth, about 5 minutes.

Remove from the heat. Stir in Parmesan cheese, pepper, and paprika.
