Ingredients
1 head broccoli, washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
¼ cup Dietz & Watson shaved Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Toss broccoli and garlic together on a large rimmed baking sheet; drizzle 3 tablespoons olive oil over top, then season with salt and black pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven until broccoli tender, 20 to 25 minutes.
Toss in Parmesan, lemon juice, and remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil; serve immediately.
