1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 (1 inch) piece fresh ginger, grated
1/3 cup gochujang sauce
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add gochujang sauce, pineapple juice, sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and Worcestershire. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
