Ingredients

½ cup boiling water
1 teaspoon wasabi sauce (such as S&B® Wasabi)
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Mix grits and boiling water together in a bowl; stir in wasabi sauce, salt, and pepper.
Cook's Note:
For creamier grits, substitute milk for water. For spicier grits, simply add a little more wasabi.
