Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings

2 medium avocados – halved, pitted, and peeled

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

¼ cup chopped orange

¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro

¼ cup crumbled cotija cheese

1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno

½ teaspoon salt

Directions

Mash together avocados and lime juice in a bowl. Stir in orange, cilantro, cotija cheese, jalapeno, and salt.

Variations:

For Mediterranean Guacamole, use pomegranate seeds, parsley, feta cheese, and red onion.

For Cheesy Corn Guacamole, use roasted corn, green onion, goat cheese, and serrano pepper.
