3/4 cup mayonnaise
5 anchovy filets
3 cloves garlic, minced (about 1 1/2 teaspoons if using garlic from a jar)
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
Directions
Put mayonnaise, anchovies, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a food processor. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste, and add a pinch of cayenne if you want a little kick. Blend another 20 seconds to mix well.
