Ingredients
1 tablespoon unsweetened Dutch-processed cocoa powder
1 packet granulated sugar substitute, or to taste
1 cup hot coffee
½ cup skim milk
½ teaspoon cocoa powder, for garnish
Directions
In a small mug or coffee cup, mix cocoa and granulated sugar substitute together. Add a few tablespoons of coffee and stir until cocoa is completely dissolved. Pour in remaining coffee.
Foam milk. Spoon a generous amount over hot mocha. Garnish with a pinch of cocoa powder, if desired.
