Jalapeno Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups frozen cranberries, thawed

1 cup dried sweetened cranberries, such as Craisins®

1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped

2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped, divided

1/4 cup orange marmalade

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

4 green onions, thinly sliced, divided

8 ounces whipped cream cheese

Directions

Place frozen cranberries, dried cranberries, half of chopped jalapenos, and cilantro in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Transfer cranberry mixture to a bowl. 

Stir in marmalade and salt. Reserve 2 tablespoons green onions for topping and stir in remaining green onions.  

Spread cream cheese onto a serving plate and top with cranberry mixture. Sprinkle with remaining jalapeno and reserved green onions.  Serve with crackers.

Cook’s Note

Cranberry mixture can be prepared up to a week in advance and topped on cream cheese just before serving.
