Ingredients
1 (6 ounce) can) lump crabmeat
1 green onion, thinly sliced, divided
1 teaspoon freshly-squeezed lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce, such as Tabasco®
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoons shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Drain crabmeat well and return crabmeat to the empty can.
Reserve 2 teaspoons onion for garnish. Stir remaining onion, lemon juice, seafood seasoning, hot sauce, Worcestershire, mayonnaise and 11/2 tablespoons Monterey Jack cheese until combined into can with crabmeat. Top with remaining Monterey Jack and Parmesan cheese. Place can on a rimmed baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly and browned around the edges, about 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with reserved green onion.
