1 quart orange sherbet
2 quarts fresh orange juice, chilled
1 (2 liter) bottle ginger ale, chilled
2 (750 milliliter) bottles champagne, chilled
Directions
Place sherbet block in the center of a large punch bowl. Pour orange juice over top, followed by ginger ale and Champagne. Stir gently to mix liquids until top of punch begins to foam. Serve immediately.
Tips
Before making this punch, place the orange juice, ginger ale, and Champagne into the refrigerator for several hours to ensure they are well chilled.
