1 cup all-natural peanut butter
1 cup quick-cooking oats (such as British Class®)
⅓ cup cocoa nibs
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (such as Cool Runnings®)
Directions
Combine peanut butter, quick cooking oats, cocoa nubs, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Use a tablespoon to scoop out small portions and roll into balls using your hands.
