2 cups persimmon pulp
2 large eggs, beaten
½ teaspoon baking soda
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
2 ½ cups milk
4 tablespoons melted butter
Directions
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
