Ingredients

1 1/2 cups cubed pineapple, frozen

1 banana, sliced and frozen

1 cup canned coconut milk

1/2 teaspoon coconut extract

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Combine pineapple, banana, coconut milk, coconut extract, and vanilla in a blender cup; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Cook’s Note

Add more coconut milk if smoothie is on the thick side.
