Original recipe (1X) yields 24 servings

1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree

2 cups white sugar

1 cup vegetable oil

4 large eggs

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon ground cloves

½ teaspoon ground ginger

½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

½ teaspoon salt

Directions

Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.

Mix pumpkin, sugar, oil, and eggs together in a mixing bowl until smooth.
