Ingredients
1 small garlic clove, peeled
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons lemon juice, or to taste
1 teaspoon fresh dill, or to taste
2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Carefully grate peeled garlic clove with a microplane grater into a small bowl to create a paste. Stir in mayonnaise until well combined. Stir in lemon juice and dill; season with salt and pepper.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
