Ingredients
3 packets CARNATION BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS® Rich Milk Chocolate Powdered Drink Mix
½ cup almond butter
¾ cup old-fashioned oats
1 small ripe banana, mashed
¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
cooking spray
Directions
Combine drink mix, almond butter, oats, banana, and coconut in a medium bowl.
Line an 8-inch baking pan with foil. Spray foil with cooking spray.
Press mixture evenly into the pan and place freeze until firm, 2 to 3 hours. Cut into bars. Serve frozen, or let soften in the refrigerator.
Cook's Note:
I prefer to store these in the freezer for a firmer texture. If you keep these in the refrigerator, they will have a soft, gooey texture.
