Original recipe (1X) yields 2 servings

1 English cucumber, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened

2 teaspoons mayonnaise

2 teaspoons Sriracha hot sauce, plus more to taste

1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped

1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

2 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning

1/4 teaspoon monosodium glutamate, such as Accent®

2 teaspoons rice vinegar

2 ounces smoked salmon, chopped

1/4 avocado, peeled and diced

Directions

Combine cucumber, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Sriracha, jalapeno, red onion, bagel seasoning, MSG, rice vinegar, smoked salmon, and avocado in a plastic container fitted with a lid or a large jar.  Shake vigorously until everything is evenly coated.  Serve immediately.
