This sausage and egg casserole without bread is always a big hit. I created it after my boyfriend described an egg casserole I couldn’t find a recipe for. He took this dish with him on a hunting trip, and everyone loved it.

1 pound breakfast sausage
11 large eggs
¾ cup milk
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon dried oregano
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.

Bake in the preheated oven until a knife inserted into the center of casserole comes out clean, 30 to 40 minutes.
