1 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
⅓ cup confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 (8 ounce) container reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
½ cup strawberry glaze
Directions
Beat cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and lemon juice together in a bowl with an electric mixer on low speed. Add whipped topping; beat until combined. Spoon into graham cracker crust.
Combine strawberries and glaze in a bowl until berries are coated. Arrange strawberries over cream cheese filling.
Refrigerate pie until chilled, at least 1 hour.
