Ingredients
2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
½ cup low-fat powdered non-dairy creamer
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon granular sweetener (such as Equal®)
¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
Combine milk powder, creamer, cocoa powder, sweetener, and cinnamon in a bowl; mix until thoroughly blended. Transfer to a jar with a tight lid.
To Make One Serving Hot Cocoa:
Measure 1/3 cup sugar-free hot chocolate mix into a mug. Add 3/4 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved.
