Vegetables and Cabbage Stir-Fry with Oyster Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound broccoli florets

1 pound cauliflower florets

½ head cabbage, cut into bite-size pieces

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, and garlic; cook and stir until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.

Remove the pan from heat and drizzle oyster sauce over vegetable; toss to coat.
