1. Pineapple Breakfast Smoothie

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 4 pineapple slices
  • 1 banana
  • 3/4th cup yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds

Method

  • Blend all the ingredients except flax seeds in a blender.
  • Pour in a tall glass and garnish with flax seeds.

2. Pineapple SalsaPrep

  • Time: 20 minutes
  • Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 cup mango, chopped
  • 3 tbsp lime juice Salt to taste

Method:

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add the lime juice and season with salt.

3. Pineapple Mint Mojito

  • Prep time: 10 minutes
  • Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • ½ glass of pineapple juice
  • 8-10 mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ glass soda
  • 1 lime

Method:

  • Muddle the mint leaves in honey in a tall glass.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and top with ice.
