Ingredients
½ cup ice cubes, or as needed (Optional)
½ zucchini, shredded
½ frozen banana
½ cup orange juice
Directions
Combine ice cubes, zucchini, banana, and orange juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Tips
Using overripe or dark green zucchini will make this smoothie not so yummy.
You can add sugar or other sweetener if you have a sweet tooth, but I find it plenty sweet from the banana.
